Jim Butler

Jim Butler has extensive work experience in the medical industry, with a focus on sales and management. Jim currently holds the position of Area Vice President at Zavation Medical Products, LLC since April 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Global Vice President of Sales & Marketing at NEXT ORTHOSURGICAL, INC. from July 2021 to April 2022. From October 2016 to June 2021, they worked as an Area Vice President at Spinal Elements.

Jim also has experience as an independent distributor for various medical companies, such as Providence Medical, LDR, Orthofix, and Orthokinematics, while working at Spyglass Medical, Inc. from June 2015 to October 2016. Before that, they worked at Medtronic as a District Manager from November 2007 to May 2015.

Jim started their medical sales career as a Sales Representative at Pacific Medical, Inc. from July 1995 to September 1997.

Before delving into the medical industry, Jim worked at Lanier Worldwide as a Sales Representative from July 1991 to June 1994.
