Magnus Melin

Magnus Melin is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and equity capital markets. Currently serving as Head of Legal at Zaver since September 2024, Magnus previously held the position of Senior Associate at Setterwalls Advokatbyrå from April 2019 to September 2024, specializing in providing legal advice to both Swedish and foreign entities, including support for public listings and IPOs. Magnus has also contributed to the firm's French Desk, advising French corporations. Academic qualifications include a Master of Laws (LLM) from Lund University and further studies at Monash University.
