Siera Jackson

Siera Jackson has extensive experience in the sourcing and procurement sectors of the food industry. Currently serving as Sourcing Manager for Protein at Zaxby's Franchising LLC since March 2019, Siera previously held the position of Poultry Buyer at House of Raeford Farms from July 2016 to March 2019. Earlier roles include Logistics Coordinator/Sales and Procurement at Pilgrim's from May 2015 to July 2016, as well as an internship at Pilgrim's where Siera developed skills in record maintenance, negotiation processes, and recruitment. Siera holds a Bachelor's Degree in Agribusiness from The University of Georgia, where studies were completed from 2013 to 2015, after starting core curriculum studies at Georgia Southern University from 2011 to 2013.
