Brad Kilbey

Brad Kilbey is currently the SVP of Fiber Solutions for the East Region at Zayo Group. Brad has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.

Brad started their career at Level 3 Communications in 2003 as the General Manager for the National Capital Region & Virginia. Brad was with Level 3 Communications for over 12 years before joining Windstream in 2016 as the Vice President / General Manager of Federal Markets.

At Windstream, Brad led a team of over 30 individuals responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand Windstream's top line revenue, EBITDA, agency penetration and brand awareness across the Federal Markets arena. Under Brad's leadership, Windstream's revenue increased by 15% and their EBITDA improved by 20%. In addition, sales increased by 10% and churn decreased by 20%.

In 2016, Brad also founded BHK Consulting, LLC where they assisted organizations with solving challenges, improving / streamlining performance, developing talent, maximizing value and accelerating sales and revenue growth.

Brad is an expert in go-to-market (GTM) strategy assessment / development / augmentation, business development / strategic account planning and organization design / development / integration (to include sales enablement).

Brad's extensive experience and knowledge in the telecommunications industry makes him an invaluable asset to Zayo Group.

Brad Kilbey has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Marymount University in Finance and a Bachelor of Communications from Ohio University in Telecommunications Management. Brad also completed the High Performance Leadership Program at the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business.

Brad Kilbey reports to Steve Smith, CEO. They are on a team with Ginna Raahauge - EVP, CIO, Tyler Coates - SVP, Enterprise Networks, and Bill Long - Chief Product Officer.
