Harold Kwan

Harold Kwan is an accomplished sales and business management leader with extensive experience in the telecommunications and IT industries. Currently serving as Sales Vice President at Zayo Group since September 2019, Harold has a proven track record in managing substantial portfolios and delivering on profit and loss targets. Prior roles include Senior Business Director and Customer Success Director at BT, where Harold led multi-million dollar negotiations, improved contract profits, and developed a global customer success strategy. With previous experience at PowerPhone Network Limited, Concert, and SBC, Harold has consistently driven operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and client satisfaction throughout a diverse career. Harold Kwan holds an MBA in Finance and Information Systems from the University of Southern California and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
