Philipp Nette

Philipp Nette is a highly experienced professional with a diverse work history. Philipp co-founded and served as CEO of Zazu, a company they established in 2017. Additionally, they worked as a startup mentor at nextMedia.Hamburg starting in 2023.

From 2020 to 2022, Philipp served as a mentor at Uprise Academy. Prior to that, they co-founded and was managing director of Storypepper from 2019 to 2021.

In 2016, Philipp worked as a consultant for Veterans in Film & Television, providing valuable insights to improve their performance.

Philipp gained knowledge in finance advisory at KPMG in 2015, where they participated in their "HighQ" young talent promotional program and received a letter of recommendation from a partner.

During their internship at Roever Broenner Susat Mazars in 2014, Philipp gained insight into the auditing profession and company evaluation techniques.

Philipp also completed trading internships at Bomin Bunker Holding GmbH & Co. KG and Neumann Kaffee Gruppe, where they gained experience in the daily trading processes of these companies.

At Lufthansa Technik Logistik GmbH, Philipp interned in various departments and warehouses, gaining a detailed view of logistical distribution and management. This internship took place while they were in high school in 2008.

Philipp Nette attended IE Business School from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Philipp excelled academically and was on the Dean's List, ranking in the top 5% of their class. In 2016, they also briefly enrolled in USC Marshall School of Business for Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations.

Prior to their university education, Philipp attended Wilhelm-Gymnasium from 2010 to 2012, where they earned their Abitur with an Economic Profile.

In terms of certifications, Philipp passed CFA Level 1 from the CFA Institute in March 2023. Philipp completed the "Leading with Finance" course at Harvard Business School Online in August 2022. In 2017, they participated in the Amplify Trading Workshop and obtained the TOEFL certification from the Educational Testing Service (ETS) in November 2015. Philipp also completed "The Wall Street Virtual Academy, sponsored by Merrill Lynch, Finance" course offered by Bank of America Merrill Lynch in March 2014.
