Lombe Mbalashi

Lombe Mbalashi is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving as Chief Legal Officer at ZCCM Investments Holdings PLC since February 2009, Lombe has held various roles including Deputy General Counsel and Properties Manager. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance, conducting negotiations and due diligence, and drafting various commercial agreements. Prior to this role, Lombe worked at Lewis Nathan Advocates from August 2004 to January 2009, focusing on financial markets and commercial law, and serving a diverse client base. Lombe holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Zambia, along with certifications in Business Administration and Management from the University of the Witwatersrand and Strathmore Business School, and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate and Commercial Law from ZCAS University.
