Henry Cheung has held various positions in the tech and business sector since 2007. Henry began their career as a Supervisor and Front Desk Software Consultant at Bentley University, and then as a Long Term Care System Security Operations Intern at John Hancock Financial Services. In 2008, they also worked as a Junior Varsity Volleyball Coach for the Boston Latin School Association. In 2010, they joined Thermo Fisher Scientific as an IT Project Manager, Business System Analyst, IT Administrator, IT Project Lead, and Business Analyst. In 2013, they began working at Robert Half Technology as a Salaried Professional Services, and then as a Senior Product Innovation Associate at athenahealth. Henry then worked at Pri-Med as an Application Support | Business Analyst & Project Manager, a Project Work | Project Manager | Genuine Interactive, and a Project Work | Business Analyst | Cramer. Henry's roles included assisting in managing the rebuild of Pri-Med.com, curating the Request for Proposal, participating in requirements gathering sessions, reviewing and approving wireframes, user interface designs, ontology documents, and overall functionality, managing and gathering all marketing content from the business, performing quality assurance and approving each new build, reporting, managing, triaging, and escalating issues through JIRA, conducting training sessions with stakeholders on using Sitecore, and helping set an all-time company record of CME credits claimed from Pri-Med Online. In 2016, they joined Verndale as a Senior Technical Project Manager and Solution Analyst / Technical Project Manager. In 2020, they founded Mobile Metcon and served as the Founder & Janitor. Currently, they are the Chief Operations Officer and Product, Project, and Data Management plus Customer Support and Account Management in Fitness Tech at Zeamo.

Henry Cheung's education history includes graduating from Bentley University in 2010 with a degree in Business and Computer Information System. Henry also studied abroad at The University of Hong Kong from 2009 to 2010 in Business and Technology. Prior to this, they attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2006 to 2006. Henry also attended Boston Latin School from 2000 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Henry Cheung has obtained several certifications including a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer from CrossFit in May 2018, a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Scrum Alliance in April 2019, and ITIL v3.
