Julie Sanders-Bushman has over 30 years of work experience. Julie began their career in 1990 at Aetna as a Provider Relations. In 2008, they moved to FTD Companies as a Team Manager, where they managed 10 core and 20-30 seasonal customer service representatives, mentoring and coaching through 1-on-1 meetings and discussions of call/email observations. Julie then moved to ProFlowers in 2009, where they were a Team Manager. In 2015, they joined DOLE Fresh Vegetables as a Client Relations Specialist. In 2016, they moved to Farmgirl Flowers as a Customer Service Manager. Finally, in 2017, they joined Zebit as a Senior Manager Customer Care and later as a Customer Service Supervisor.

Julie Sanders-Bushman received a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism/Public Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1987, and also holds a BA Journalism/Public Relations and a Certificate in Women's Studies from the same university.
