Mark Peacock

Mark Peacock has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Mark is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Zebware AB, a tech startup focused on data acceleration. In this role, they lead the technology and engineering organization and is responsible for pre-sales and product management. Mark is also a member of the management team, contributing to setting technical direction and company goals.

Prior to their current position, Mark held the same role at Nordic Capital from 2019 to 2022. Here, they were responsible for all aspects of IT, including strategy, product management, and operations. Mark worked closely with the consulting business to deliver tangible business results and utilized cloud technologies to transform different areas of the company.

Before Nordic Capital, Mark worked at Securitas Group as the Head of Platform Products and Technology Strategy from 2016 to 2019. Mark also had a role as the Head of Platform Engineering at NetEnt from 2016 to 2017. In these positions, they played key roles in driving technological advancements and solutions.

Mark has also worked as a Senior Enterprise Architect at Nordea from 2014 to 2016, focusing on developing and implementing enterprise solutions. Prior to Nordea, they were a Senior Technology Consultant at Avanade from 2007 to 2014. In this role, they collaborated with leading companies in the Nordics and Australia to develop customer facing products and services, achieving significant business benefits.

Mark began their career as a Lead Software Engineer and Architect at DB Consulting from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they worked as an IT Risk Analyst at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2000 to 2003, specializing in business process and IT auditing for Tier 1 companies.

Mark Peacock attended the University of Leeds from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
