Pranay Sharma

Pranay Sharma has a strong background in human resources, with experience spanning over a decade. Pranay began their career as a Summer Intern at Steel Authority of India Limited in 2009. Pranay then joined SRF Limited as a Project Trainee, where they conducted a study on work-life balance and submitted a thesis on the subject. In 2010, Pranay joined JSW Energy Ltd as a Junior Manager, where they demonstrated expertise in various HR policies and practices, including recruitment, compensation, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. Pranay then moved on to Reliance Power as a Manager in Human Resources, where they excelled in managing operational requirements, resolving employee grievances, and formulating HR policies. At BSES Delhi, Pranay served as a Senior Manager in Human Resources and played a crucial role in conducting meetings with business units, providing HR guidance, and analyzing trends to develop policies and programs. Currently, Pranay is the Head of HR at Zeco Aircon Limited, where they oversee a corporation-wide HR team and is responsible for 3 manufacturing facilities and sales offices across India. Pranay initiated employee evaluation processes, recommended policy changes, and organized performance reviews. As a seasoned HR professional, Pranay Sharma brings a wealth of experience and expertise to their roles.

Pranay Sharma has a diverse education history primarily focused on human resources management. In 2007, they enrolled at the Indian Institute of Planning and Management, where they pursued a postgraduate degree in HR & Marketing until 2010. Prior to that, Pranay completed their high school education at Hillwoods Academy, specializing in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

In 2015, Pranay attended Middle Earth Academy and obtained their HR Licentiate Professional certification from the World HR Board. The following year, in 2016, they enrolled at XLRI Jamshedpur for an executive program in Human Resource Management in collaboration with SHRM.

From 2017 to 2018, Pranay pursued the Level 5 Intermediate Certificate in Human Resource Management from CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development). This qualification further expanded their knowledge in human resources management.

Moreover, Pranay has also obtained additional certifications to enhance their expertise. In 2013, they completed the Certified OD Analyst program at Middle Earth Academy. Later in 2014, they obtained certification in Certified HR Analytics from the same institution. Finally, in April 2020, Pranay acquired another certification in HR Management & Analytics from Amity Future Academy.
