Ryan Stramrood

Ryan Stramrood has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. In 1996, they founded Stramrood Connect, an outsourced advertising sales solution. As the owner of the business, they represented various media outlets and actively sought advertising revenue. In addition, since 2003, Ryan has pursued a career as an extreme swimming adventurer, pushing their limits in locations all over the world. Furthermore, they have worked as a motivational speaker, captivating their audiences with stories and visuals to inspire them to push past their limitations. Ryan also serves as a corporate performance coach, providing workshops that facilitate lasting change and help businesses excel. Currently, Ryan is the Global Head of Business Development, Partnerships & Growth for Sub(x) AI. Alongside this role, they run their own speaking and coaching business, Stramrood Connect | Sub(x)AI, delivering high-level performance and mindset keynotes globally.

Ryan Stramrood attended Rondebosch Boys High School from 1979 to 1991, where they completed their Matric. Following that, from 1992 to 1995, they studied at Stellenbosch University, earning a Bachelor of Economics (BEcon) degree. Ryan'smajor during their time at Stellenbosch University was in Marketing & Commercial Law.
