Marlene St-Jean

Marlene has a Masters degree in Accounting from the University of Sherbrooke in Canada, and is registered as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in Quebec, Canada.

Marlene is the lead accountant and senior fund manager for the Cayman Fund Services business. She is a chartered accountant with deep experience of all aspects of investment funds from both an audit and an administrator’s perspective. She leads the fund accounting department which calculates Net Asset Values and is a primary client relationship manager.

Prior to joining ZEDRA, Marlene was a director in the audit department of PricewaterhouseCoopers where she gained significant knowledge in the hedge fund industry. She has experience of many different types of legal structure and various investment products ranging from equities to bonds, mortgage-backed securities, private equities, fund of funds, swaps, futures and forwards.

She is an accredited director with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (Ottawa, Canada).
