Melly Lin possesses extensive experience in the IT and telecommunications sectors, holding prominent positions such as Vice President of Application Delivery at CEVT and Managed Service OSS/IT T&T Director at Huawei Technologies. Melly Lin has also served as General Manager for the Information System Department at both Fujian Branch of China Unicom and Fujian Branch of China Network Communications Co. Ltd, as well as Vice President at Fujian Branch of China Jitong Network Communications Co. Ltd. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Fuzhou University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Xiamen University.
