About the Role

Zeelo is looking for a determined, ambitious and outgoing individual to join our sales function in the UK.

The role will be working closely with the BD Director and UK Sales Manager.

We want a ‘door-opener', someone who is relentless in their approach, resilient and creative. Someone who can handle objections and wants to be rewarded for their successes.

You’ll be joining Zeelo at an exciting time, we provide transportation services for some of the biggest companies in the UK, last year we facilitated over 7.2 million rides! Each vehicle typically taking 30+ cars off the road and helping people take jobs they otherwise couldn’t access.

It’s a fast paced environment, not right for everyone. But it’ll be an incredible journey with ample growth opportunities for a motivated individual.

What you’ll do

  • Day-to-day responsibility for pipeline growth in the UK market with a focus on outbound
  • Regular approaches over the phone, email and LinkedIn to prospective clients
  • Sourcing of the correct contacts at target accounts using data-scraping and research techniques
  • Data management of key contacts, ensuring data is clean, up to date and accurate
  • CRM management, ensuring the opportunities are correctly qualified and briefs clearly written
  • Initial screening and qualification of clients, understanding their needs, asking the correct questions and arranging follow up appointments
  • Working closely with the local and global marketing functions, outlining what support you need in order to be successful with your approaches
  • Supporting the growth strategy, sharing client feedback with the wider business such as product and marketing

Must Haves:

  • You’ve experienced a life of day to day hustle - either at a growing company, a recruitment agency or, even if you haven’t had a corporate role before, you have battled and worked hard to get to where you are today
  • You feel motivated by owning and working towards targets. You will be organised and able to prioritse the most valuable tasks first
  • You are dynamic and creative. A smart thinker who can identify sales opportunities based on market and industry trends
  • You are looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced, hard-working environment where you’re empowered to take initiative and get results that benefit you and the business

Even better if:

  • You have worked within B2B sales before

  • Great if you have experience if woking with Marketing and other areas to drive sales strategies
