Mayuresh Hajirnis is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and software development. Currently serving as Senior Director at Zefr since February 2025, Mayuresh previously held the role of Director of Engineering at Altruist, where leadership of a 40+ member team resulted in a 400% growth in user engagement over two years. With a proven track record at firms such as Tala, Ticketmaster, and eHarmony, Mayuresh has successfully directed initiatives in product development, automated testing, and integration projects. Mayuresh holds a Master of Science in Computer Software Engineering from San José State University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
