Kellie Grant

Kellie Grant currently serves as the Human Resources Business Partner for the ANZ region at ZEISS Group, overseeing all HR functions including talent acquisition, employee retention, performance management, payroll, and talent development. Prior to this role, Kellie worked as Human Resources Manager at INS - Workforces for the Future, where significant recognition was achieved, including the HRD Most Innovative HR Teams List in 2019 and multiple awards in 2018 such as Employer of Choice and AFR Top 100 Most Innovative Companies List. Kellie's extensive HR experience also includes roles at Sodexo, Macquarie University, and the Rail Infrastructure Corporation, complemented by a strong educational background in Human Resources and Social Science from institutions including Charles Sturt University and the University of Newcastle.
