Angela Miu is an accomplished legal and tax professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and international tax strategies. Currently serving as General Counsel and Vice President of Tax at Zekelman Industries since January 2014, Angela has played a pivotal role in the organization’s legal and tax compliance efforts. Prior to this, Angela held the position of General Counsel at Z Modular from February 2022 to March 2025 and was a Managing Director in International Tax at KPMG from February 2000 to December 2013. Angela's expertise encompasses a broad range of legal and tax issues, making a significant impact in her various roles throughout her career.
