Ben Kermisch

Ben Kermisch is a seasoned professional with a strong background in strategic planning and operations. Currently serving as Director and Chief of Staff at Zelis since April 2024, Ben previously held the position of Chief of Staff at Posh Technologies from September 2022 to April 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Associate Consultant and Associate Consultant at Bain & Company from June 2019 to July 2022. Ben began his career with a Strategy Intern position at Walgreens Boots Alliance in mid-2017, focusing on pharmaceutical market opportunities, followed by a Sales and Marketing Intern role at Solstice in the summer of 2016. Ben holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Cornell University, earned in 2019.
