Judy Kelley

Judy Kelley currently serves as the VP of People & Culture at Zelis since June 2024. Previously, Judy worked at Bristol Myers Squibb from October 2016 to July 2024 as a Global HR Executive for the Global Medical organization, serving as a strategic HR business partner. Prior to that, Judy held several leadership roles at Merck from July 2003 to October 2016, including Director of Executive Development and Director of Leadership Performance. Judy's career began at Chubb from January 1999 to July 2003 as an Assistant Vice President in Talent Management and Human Resource Business Partner, where Judy developed and executed organizational talent strategies. Judy Kelley holds a degree from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
