Mike Adams

Mike Adams is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in property management and investment strategy. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Market Leader at Zeller since April 2016, Mike co-leads acquisition efforts and investment underwriting, having pursued 35 opportunities since 2019. Prior to Zeller, Mike worked as Property Manager at Hines, overseeing operations for the Atlanta Financial Center and assisting with the Town Center at Atlantic Station's budget oversight. Earlier experience includes General Property Manager at Simon Property Group, where Mike focused on strategic planning and operations for a regional mall. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Public Finance from Indiana University Bloomington and a Master's degree in Commercial Real Estate from Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson College of Business.
