Mark Bergin

Mark Bergin has held a variety of roles in the software engineering field. Mark started their career in 2014 as a System Administrator for Bergin CT Pty Ltd, where they were heavily involved in technical support and server maintenance. In 2016, they joined Outware Mobile as an Associate Software Engineer, where they developed user experience driven mobile applications for external clients. Mark also worked on internal projects focusing on Google Vision, Google Nearby, application security, SPA's, chatbots and IOT. In 2017, they held iOS and Android Developer roles at Suncorp Group and Fairfax Media respectively. Mark also worked as an Android Developer at Transurban in the same year. In 2018, they became a Lead Mobile Engineer at Weploy, where they analysed, investigated and iteratively developed on a product. In 2020, they were promoted to Senior Software Engineer at AGL Energy, and in 2022 they moved to Zeller, where they currently work as a Software Engineer.

Mark Bergin attended Mount Lilydale Secondary College from 2009 to 2014, where they obtained a High School VCE. In 2012, they also attended Box Hill Institute and obtained a VET Certificate II in Information Technology. From 2015 to 2018, they attended RMIT University and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering.
