Abigail Vaughan

Abigail Vaughan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Chief Executive and Chief Operating Officer at Zellis since July 2019, Abigail leads service operations supporting 5 million colleagues monthly across the UK, Ireland, and India. Prior to Zellis, Abigail held the position of Managing Director for Transformation in the Consumer division at BT, where responsibilities included integrating the mobile operator EE with traditional fixed businesses and managing a workforce of over 20,000 employees. Abigail's earlier roles at BT included Director positions focused on Group Planning and Customer Experience, as well as significant consulting experience at Accenture. Abigail Vaughan holds an MA (Hons) in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford.
