Beliyu Teshome

Beliyu Teshome has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. From 2015 to 2018, they served as a Jr. Human Resource Officer at Ethiopian Revenues and Customs Authority. They then advanced to the position of Human Resource Management Officer from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, they joined Ethiopian Customs Authority as a Recruitment and Capacity Building Officer before moving to Zemen Bank S.C. They first worked as a Human Resource Officer (Level III) from 2019 to 2021, followed by a promotion to Senior Human Resource Management Officer. Currently, Beliyu holds the position of Senior Rewards and Benefits Management Officer at Zemen Bank S.C.

Beliyu Teshome attended Adama Science and Technology University from 2012 to 2015. During this time, Beliyu pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management.
