Puja C. started their work experience in 2020 as an Editor at Cactus Communications, where they worked until December of the same year. In 2021, they joined INSPIRE SOLUTIONS as an Executive - Staffing, and they worked there until March 2022. Currently, Puja is working at Zemoso Technologies as a Member of Talent Acquisition, starting in October 2022.

Puja C. completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in CBZ (Combination of Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology) from Kumaun University, Nainital, from 2006-2009. Puja then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Botany from G. B. Pant University Of Agriculture & Technology, graduating in 2013. Additionally, Puja has obtained several certifications related to recruitment and LinkedIn. Puja completed the "Become a Tech Recruiter" certification from LinkedIn in October 2022, as well as the "Recruiting Foundations: Recruiting for In-House Recruiters" certification, "Tech Recruiting Foundations: 1 Introduction" certification, "Tech Recruiting Foundations: 2 Understanding Hardware and Operating Systems" certification, "Tech Recruiting Foundations: 3 Recruiting Software Developers" certification, "Tech Recruiting Foundations: 4 Recruiting for the IT Department" certification, and "Tech Recruiting Foundations: 5 Waterfall, Agile, and DevOps for Recruiters" certification, all obtained in October 2022.
