AKANKSHA YADAV

Akanksha Yadav has a diverse work experience starting in 2013 as an HR Executive at 7Server, where their responsibilities included recruitment, induction, and maintaining internal records. In 2014, they worked as a Senior Executive Human Resources at Davis Value Card Pvt. Ltd., focusing on advance holiday planning and customer satisfaction. In the same year, they joined Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets as a Lead Associate, primarily responsible for nationwide hiring and talent acquisition. AKANKSHA then moved to BIGO in 2019 as a Senior HR Consultant before joining Coforge in 2020 as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. Currently, they work as a Recruitment Lead at Zen & Art since 2021.

Akanksha Yadav completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources from Galgotias University, where they studied from 2011 to 2013.
