Nikita Mirajkar has a solid work experience in recruitment and staffing roles. Nikita started their career in 2015 as an IT Staffing Specialist at OptiMinds HR Services Pvt Ltd, where they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, including resume screening, candidate outreach, and interview scheduling. In 2016, they joined TechTree IT Systems Pvt. Ltd. as an IT Technical Recruiter, and they worked there until 2018. In 2019, Nikita joined VerveNest Technologies Pvt Ltd as an IT Recruiter, where they worked until mid-2020. Currently, they are working as a Recruitment Lead at Zen & Art, where they specialize in IT and Infra hiring.
