Spencer Davies has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Starting in 2005, they worked as a Sales Assistant at Next Group PLC. From 2006 to 2008, they held various roles at Ventura, including General Billing Analyst On Behalf Of British Gas and Gas & Electric PrePayment Analyst On Behalf Of British Gas. Spencer then worked as a Faults Advisor and later as an Escalations Advisor at Orange from 2008 to 2010.
In 2010, they joined Plusnet as a Faults Analyst before moving on to EE in 2013, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative. At Telefónica in 2013, Spencer worked as an Identity Management Analyst, administering accounts, coordinating access control activities, and providing support to clients.
In 2014, they joined Nationwide Building Society as a Customer Service Consultant and then worked as a Network Analyst at Three. In 2015, Spencer started working at Zen Internet, where they have held the roles of Technical Support Engineer and Service Desk Engineer | Managed Services Desk, managing and troubleshooting firewalls and Cisco devices.
Spencer Davies pursued their education in a chronological order with a focus primarily on computer systems networking and telecommunications. In 1998, they began their academic journey at The Kingstone School, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Later, in the academic year between 2004 and 2005, Spencer attended Dearne Valley College, obtaining a BTEC National Award in Travel & Tourism.
In 2005, Spencer enrolled at Barnsley College, where they acquired a Btec National Diploma in Computing with a specialization in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications, completing their educational path in 2006.
Alongside their formal education, Spencer Davies has also obtained several certifications to enhance their knowledge and skill set. In December 2019, they earned the certification of Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT) from Cisco. This was followed by earning the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) certification in February 2020. In April 2020, Spencer acquired the Cisco Meraki Networking Associate certification from Cisco Meraki.
