Brian Davies

Brian Davies began their career in 1995 at Cognitive Arts, where they served as a Software Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for driving the technical direction of the group, overseeing engineers in Chicago and Delhi, and acting as the client face of the technical team. Brian worked at Cognitive Arts until 2013.

In 2014, Davies joined SYKES Digital Services as the Director of Learning Technologies. Brian'sresponsibilities included creating eLearning and authoring tools, managing projects, and engaging with clients to scope work and negotiate contracts. Brian worked in this role until 2021.

Most recently, in 2022, Davies joined Zenarate as the Director of Product Management. Brian'swork involves overseeing the development and implementation of Zenarate AI Coach, a simulation training platform used by world-leading brands. The platform helps agents master high impact scenarios they will face with live customers through conversation simulations.

Brian Davies received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Computer Science from Bowdoin College, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. Brian further pursued their education at Northwestern University and obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science, studying from 1993 to 1995.
