Alejandro F. has over 10 years of professional experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Alejandro began their career in 2010 as an IT Recruiter for Avance Soluciones Integrales SC, where they collaborated with internal and external clients to understand hiring needs and goals, maintained a database of established outreach efforts for qualified IT candidates, and screened resumes and conducted pre-screen interviews and preliminary technical assessments of candidates. In 2012, they moved to Globant as a Talent Acquisition Partner. In 2014, they joined Talentoso.co as a People Operations Manager, where they implemented Human Resources programs including Talent Acquisition, Staffing, Employment Processing, Compensation, Health and Welfare benefits, Training and Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Records management, Safety and Health, Succession Planning, Employee Relations and Retention, Compliance, and Labor Relations. Alejandro also championed collaborative cross-functional relationships with Payroll, Finance, and Hiring Managers to ensure the successful onboarding and offboarding of new employees and contingent workers, as well as improved manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems, evaluating potential solutions, implementing selected solutions, coaching and counseling managers and employees, and complying with federal, state, and local legal requirements.
