Andre Santos

Andre Santos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and solution engineering across prominent tech companies. Currently serving as a Global Account Manager at Zendesk since January 2020, Andre leads the global accounts initiative in Latin America, managing a team of 20 Account Executives. Previous roles at Zendesk include Account Director for Named Strategic Accounts. Prior to joining Zendesk, Andre held various positions at Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Dynatrace, focusing on strategic accounts and service management solutions. Andre began a career at Banco ibi as a Process Analyst and gained early experience as a Technical Specialist at Xerox do Brasil.
