Betsy Field

Betsy (Filson) Field serves as the Executive Creative Director at Zendesk, leading a diverse team to create a distinct brand experience since March 2020. Additionally, Betsy is a member of the Design Leadership Forum, which promotes design leadership through collaboration among industry leaders. Previously, Betsy held the position of Head of Design, Retail at NorCal Cannabis Co, directing brand and retail experience, and served as Head of Design at Kelvin Inc., overseeing digital product design for AI solutions. Betsy's career also includes roles as Co-Founder and Design Director at Health IQ, Lead UX Designer at TokBox, and Senior Designer at salesforce.com, among others. Betsy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Art and Design from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
