Gaurav N. is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Platform Architect at Zendesk since November 2021, Gaurav previously held various roles at UPMC Health Plan from November 2009 to November 2021, including Technical Team Lead, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Consultant. Earlier in the career, Gaurav worked as a Software Engineer at Appalachian Hardwood Center from September 2007 to November 2009. Gaurav holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Software Engineering from West Virginia University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Nagpur University.
