Jeffrey R. Miller

Jeffrey R. Miller is an experienced leader in customer success and innovation, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Zendesk. Previous roles include Vice President of Customer Experience & Innovation at Conduent and Vice President of Customer Success & Services at Lithium Technologies, where additional responsibilities included directing Success & Services. Jeffrey also held the position of Executive Vice President & Managing Director at Acceleration and served as Worldwide Vice President & Managing Director at Dow Jones. Educationally, Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Virginia and furthered studies at The George Washington University.
