Katie Priest is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solutions consulting and customer success, currently serving as a Senior Solutions Consultant at Zendesk since September 2019. In this role, Katie excels in demonstrating the technical merits and business value of Zendesk solutions to enterprise and mid-market executives, consistently achieving and exceeding sales quotas. Prior to Zendesk, Katie worked at Accelo and Envysion, where responsibilities included conducting technical demonstrations, designing onboarding programs, and leading operational audits. Additionally, Katie has a background in American Sign Language interpretation, holding an Associate of Applied Science degree in Sign Language Interpreting from Front Range Community College.
