Mariko Minamoto

Mariko Minamoto is an experienced professional in global operations and strategy, currently serving as Senior Principal of Global Operations at Zendesk since August 2021. Prior to this role, Mariko held several key positions at Entelo, including Vice President of Strategy & Operations and Chief of Staff, from November 2014 to July 2021. Mariko’s early career involved significant contributions at George Washington University, where Mariko was the first dedicated Human Resources Business Partner for the Athletics and Recreation Department, and managed the Office of the Athletics Director. Mariko holds an MBA from The George Washington University School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from the University of Miami.
