Rebecca Yokosh, MBA, is a seasoned program and project manager with extensive experience in leading critical projects and implementing best practices across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Zendesk since February 2021, Rebecca actively collaborates with senior leaders to develop strategies for program execution. Prior to this role, Rebecca was an Implementation Project Manager at Next Gear Solutions, where responsibility included managing large customer implementations and creating project management tools.
