Sam Chandler Customer Success and Experience and Startups

Sam Chandler has over a decade of experience in customer success and operations, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success for Startups at Zendesk since April 2015. Previous roles at Zendesk include Senior Manager and Principal Customer Success Consultant, demonstrating a progressive career in the field. Prior to Zendesk, Sam held the position of Corporate Director of Operations & Customer Service at Innovolt and gained additional experience as Assistant General Manager at Office Suites PLUS and Guest Services Team Leader at Target. Sam obtained a BA in Film from The University of Georgia in 2007.
