Sara Mansouri

Sara Mansouri is a highly experienced software engineer with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Zendesk since May 2015, Sara has advanced through the roles of Senior Software Engineer and Software Developer. Prior experience includes working as a Software Engineer at TOSAN Intelligent Data Miners Co. from February 2012 to January 2015, where contributions were made to the development of a transaction processing infrastructure, including key components such as a rule-based module and an alerting subsystem. Sara holds a Master of Science in Intelligent Systems Design from Chalmers University of Technology, earned between 2009 and 2011, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Tehran, completed from 2004 to 2009.
