Tiago Otto Rodrigues is an accomplished professional in the field of data science and machine learning, currently serving as a Machine Learning Science Manager at Zendesk since July 2024. Tiago also holds positions as an Invited Lecturer at Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração do Porto and a Lecturer at Nuclio Digital School, specializing in Business Analytics and data science education.
