Ziad Kayal

Ziad Kayal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in solution consulting, currently serving as the VP of Solution Consulting at Zendesk since August 2017. Ziad has held multiple positions at Zendesk, progressing from Senior Solution Consultant to Director and ultimately to VP. Prior to Zendesk, Ziad was a Principal Sales Consultant at Oracle and held the role of Senior Sales Engineer at AppDirect. Ziad began a career in consulting at Amdocs as a Senior Consultant and started as a Quality Engineer at Adobe Systems. Ziad holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Ottawa, earned between 2003 and 2007.
