Gina Minick

Gina Minick has extensive work experience in the insurance and telematics industries. Gina is currently the Vice President of Product & Design at Zendrive, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they were the Head of Telematics at Lemonade from July 2022 to December 2022. Gina also served as the VP of Product, Telematics at Metromile (acquired by Lemonade) from July 2021 to July 2022.

Before joining Lemonade, Gina worked at Arity, where they held various product management roles. Gina was the Insurance Product Director from July 2018 to July 2021. Gina also served as the Group Product Manager and led the product strategy for Arity's insurance vertical from December 2017 to July 2018. Gina started their career at Arity as a Product Manager from November 2016 to December 2017.

Prior to their time at Arity, Gina worked at Allstate in several product management and marketing roles. Gina was a Digital Product Manager from August 2015 to November 2016 and a Drivewise Product Manager from June 2012 to August 2015. Before that, they were a Senior Marketing Consultant from March 2010 to June 2012 and a Product Management Consultant from November 2008 to March 2010. Gina began their career at Allstate as a Product Operations Analyst from August 2007 to November 2008.

Earlier in their career, Gina worked at Progressive Insurance as a Product Analyst from February 2006 to August 2007 and as a Comparison Rating Analyst from June 2004 to February 2006. Overall, Gina Minick has a diverse background in product management, telematics, and insurance, with a focus on utilizing technology to make the transportation industry safer and more efficient.

Gina Minick completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Mount Union, studying from 2000 to 2004.
