Gerard Francis is the current president of Willow. Gerard has held various leadership positions at previous companies, such as John Holland and Lend Lease. Gerard has over 20 years of experience in the transport industry and has been instrumental in the development and delivery of major transport projects across Australia and abroad.

Gerard Francis is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from the University of Wollongong. Gerard's field of study was accounting and business/management.

Gerard Francis works with Jon Tidd - CFO, David Ossip - Chief Commercial Officer, General Counsel & Company Secretary, and Allison Lloyds - Global Head of Investor Relations & Capital Development. Their manager is Joshua Ridley, CEO & Co-Founder.
