Role Overview:

As a Revenue Operations Analyst at Zeni, you'll be instrumental in optimizing revenue processes, enhancing efficiency, and driving growth across all revenue-generating functions. While this position offers remote flexibility, we prefer a hybrid model with in-office days at our Chandigarh/Mohali office, where you'll collaborate closely with other RevOps Analysts and the operations team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and analyze comprehensive reporting and analytics within HubSpot to provide actionable insights for key stakeholders, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Utilize cutting-edge AI technologies and develop custom automation solutions within HubSpot to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and address specific business needs.
• Manage and optimize the GTM tech stack, including HubSpot, to ensure optimal data infrastructure, assess and recommend integrations and enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
• Implement best practices in data management, including managing/maintaining the HubSpot database to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity, while upholding data governance best practices for a clean and reliable database.
• Collaborate with GTM leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment on data management and analysis to streamline revenue processes, drive growth initiatives, and optimize operational effectiveness.

Requirements:

• 3+ Years of experience as a RevOps Analyst or similar role, with expertise in HubSpot technical functionalities.
• 3+ Years of experience with Python, SQL, Javascript, CURL, REST APIs, and building and launching programs/applications using these languages and methods for critical business solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub.
• Experience in building advanced CRM integrations and automations utilizing APIs.
• Experience in building multi-data-platform integrations for business intelligence and analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in building and optimizing HubSpot automations using workflows, sequences, and custom integrations.
• Experience developing custom reports and dashboards within HubSpot or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with data management best practices and CRM database maintenance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments and organizational levels.
• Experience in integration tools such as Make.com and n8n.io preferred.
