Tim Waddington

Global Head of Performance at Zenith Media

Tim Waddington is the current Global Head of Performance at Zenith Media. Tim has over fifteen years of experience in media and performance, with a focus on data-driven strategies.

Waddington began their career in 2005 as an account manager at TradeDoubler, a European digital marketing company. Tim then moved to OMD UK, where they managed accounts for clients such as Ford, Sky, and Xbox. In 2010, they joined Digitalis Media as their Client Services Director. There, they were responsible for new business generation, company strategy, commercial negotiation and internal communications.

In 2012, Waddington left Digitalis to join ReputationDigitalis, where they became their Client Services Director. In this role, they oversaw a team of eighteen client services and online reputation management professionals. Waddington was responsible for new business generation, company strategy, commercial negotiation and internal communications.

In 2014, Waddington left ReputationDigitalis to join TMP Magnet as a Client Partner. There, they worked with clients to create and execute digital marketing campaigns. In 2017, they joined Mindshare as their Global Media Performance & Data Strategy Lead. In this role, they worked with WPP Team Unilever to leverage data and drive better media performance globally.

Waddington is currently the Global Head of Performance at Zenith Media. In this role, they are responsible for developing and executing global media plans that deliver against business objectives.

Tim Waddington reports to Christian Lee, MD, Zenith Worldwide. They work with Benoit Cacheux - Global Chief Digital Officer, Maria Brinkmann - MD, Switzerland, and Kenneth Brinkmann - CEO, Denmark.
