Andruson Karra

Andruson Karra has held a variety of roles in the business and human resources fields. Starting in 2011, they were an HR Trainee at Havansys Consultancy. Andruson then moved to KARA INSTITUTE OF TECHNICAL TRAINING & SERVICES in 2014, where they were an HR Executive. In 2015, they became a Secretary cum Manager at Alqodra. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Business Development Manager at SreeMedhas Software Technologies Pvt Ltd. Most recently, they have been a Human Resources Business Development Manager at Fluxtek Solutions Inc since 2019, where they are responsible for client acquisition, staffing and recruiting, training and placement, retail training management, and hiring for W2 full-time positions, CPT, OPT, H1B, GC, USC, L2EAD, StemOpt, H4-EAD, DAY1 CPT, and project transfers. Andruson is also offering H1B sponsorship for 2022.

Andruson Karra attended Acharya Nagarjuna University from 2009 to 2011. Andruson then went on to receive an MBA, B. Sc and S. VIDYA from ACHARYA NAGARJUNA UNIVERSITY, a M.P.CS.S.C from BHARATHI COLLEGE, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR from Mba. Andruson also attended PERIRAS ENG MEDIUM SCHOOL.
