Siti Najwa Syahdryani

Siti Najwa Syahdryani is currently a Content Development Intern at Harian Kompas and a Freelance Teacher at Zenius, where active learning methods were utilized to teach over 80 students across various educational levels. Previous experience includes a Media Management Internship at MNC Group, where monitoring news and coordinating coverage teams was essential, and serving as Secretary for Ikatan Keluarga Sastra Indonesia (IKSI) UI, managing correspondence and meeting minutes. Siti also held leadership roles such as Head of Human Resources Development for Badan Otonom Pers Suara Mahasiswa UI, supervising a team and overseeing member evaluations, and Public Relations Staff for DPM UI, developing organizational communications. Additionally, Siti has worked in various academic and event-related positions, contributing to student mentorship and exam preparation. Siti is pursuing an undergraduate degree in Indonesian Languages and Literatures at the University of Indonesia.
