Alexis Bogdan has an extensive work experience in creative roles. Alexis is currently working as the SVP, Creative Director at Zeno Group since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Gagen MacDonald from 2013 to 2022, holding various roles including Director, Creative, Lead Creative Consultant / Designer, and Creative Consultant / Designer. From 2012 to 2015, they served as a Presentation Specialist & Designer at McKinsey & Company. Additionally, they worked as a Graphic Designer at Schawk, Inc. / Anthem Worldwide / Brandimage in 2013, a Production Designer at OfficeMax from 2012 to 2013, a Graphic Designer / Multimedia Specialist at the American Academy of Sleep Medicine from 2011 to 2012, and an Ad Designer at Dex One from 2005 to 2011.

Alexis Bogdan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Illinois State University between the years 2001 and 2003. In addition to their degree, they also completed a certification in Business Perspectives for Creative Leaders from the Yale School of Management in June 2022.
