Annette Cotton-Fredell has a diverse work experience background. Annette began their career at Banana Republic as a Sales Associate, where they effectively managed high-foot traffic and prioritized daily responsibilities. Annette then joined AIESEC United States as a Business Development Manager, where they initiated sales meetings and completed visa paperwork for international exchange participants. Additionally, they served as the Vice President of Incoming Global Talent at AIESEC, directing sales goals and managing an associate leadership team.

Annette went on to work at Life Time Inc. as a Membership Concierge, where they provided a high-quality experience for members and maintained the standards of the luxury athletic resort. Annette also held roles at Springboard Enterprises, first as an Associate Intern, operating social media channels and conducting research, and later as a Women's Health Program Associate, organizing communications with the Women's Health Coalition.

Annette's work experience also includes a role at The George Washington University as a Community Engagement Coordinator, collaborating with the workforce development team and strategizing ways to connect with Spanish-speaking communities.

Currently, Annette is working at Zeno Group as an Assistant Account Executive. Their responsibilities involve preparing briefing materials for C-suite executives, managing press release announcements, and tracking and analyzing media coverage for client reports.

Annette Cotton-Fredell obtained their Bachelor's degree from The George Washington University, where they studied Latin American and Hemispheric Studies, as well as Music.
