Nga Ping Sia

Nga Ping Sia has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of technology and software development. From 2010 to 2014, they worked as a Software Engineer at B2BE, where they focused on Transaction Delivery Network (TDN) and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) projects, as well as web system development and enhancements. Nga Ping also collaborated with project consultants overseas to understand clients' requirements and design system modules and process flow.

In 2014, Nga Ping Sia joined Golden Dynamic as an Analyst Programmer, where they worked on new enhancements of web systems and mobile applications, fixed bugs, and built an entire new system using PHP CI framework in a week's time.

Nga Ping then transitioned to Talk Focus Sdn Bhd as a Senior Software Engineer, from 2014 to 2016. In this role, they had responsibilities including project management, business analysis, software development, and APIs development for efficient communication between systems.

In 2017, Nga Ping Sia became the Assistant Software Development Manager at Talk Focus Sdn. Bhd., where they managed the IT department, led team members in daily IT job routines, provided technical solutions, reviewed performance, handled new project requests, and identified system needs.

Currently, since 2018, they are affiliated with Zeno Group. Initially, they held the role of Technology Lead, where they closely collaborated with various teams to interpret business requirements and provide technical solutions. Nga Ping also developed innovative approaches to technology challenges, managed budgets and timelines, and oversaw the development progress of the tech team. In 2022, they were promoted to the position of Head of Technology at Zeno Group.

From 2007 to 2010, Nga Ping Sia pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Universiti Malaysia Sarawak.
